Bryan Maloney
Maloney Services Group (MSG) specializes in connecting qualified aviation professionals with employers in the corporate, OEM, MRO and others in the business aviation industry. MSG was founded by Bryan Maloney, an industry veteran who has been involved in aviation staffing since 2000. Bryan’s passion for aviation and strong work ethic were passed down to him from his father Thomas, a career aircraft maintenance technician who turned wrenches for North Central, Republic and Northwest Airlines.
Over the course of his career, Bryan has recruited both permanent and temporary talent for technical, flight crew, sales, managerial and executive positions. His attention to detail, time-tested interview process, commitment to follow-through and professionalism have earned him the respect of executives, hiring managers and job seekers alike.
Unlike traditional aviation staffing firms that rely primarily on incoming résumés from applicant tracking systems, Bryan knows many of the best candidates are passive candidates.
To find those gems and purple squirrels, he first turns to his network of industry contacts for recommendations. Bryan’s innate desire to cultivate relationships has allowed him to build one of the deepest and most extensive networks of contacts in the aviation industry.
A hunter at heart, Bryan enjoys searching for top aviation talent outside of his network and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to meet someone new. When searching for candidates, he also taps into his decades of insight in the aviation industry, technical requirements, government regulations and extensive knowledge of aircraft big and small.
Are you seeking talented aviation candidates and can’t seem to find that special someone? OR are you an aviation professional looking for new career opportunities? Give MSG a call! You can reach Bryan directly at 952-334-0355 or visit the MSG Contact Us page to connect online.
Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.
