Maloney Services Group (MSG) specializes in connecting qualified aviation professionals with employers in the corporate, OEM, MRO and others in the business aviation industry. MSG was founded by Bryan Maloney, an industry veteran who has been involved in aviation staffing since 2000. Bryan’s passion for aviation and strong work ethic were passed down to him from his father Thomas, a career aircraft maintenance technician who turned wrenches for North Central, Republic and Northwest Airlines.

Over the course of his career, Bryan has recruited both permanent and temporary talent for technical, flight crew, sales, managerial and executive positions. His attention to detail, time-tested interview process, commitment to follow-through and professionalism have earned him the respect of executives, hiring managers and job seekers alike.

It takes a network

Unlike traditional aviation staffing firms that rely primarily on incoming résumés from applicant tracking systems, Bryan knows many of the best candidates are passive candidates.
